Job summary

Woof, the award-winning pet care brand, seeks an Inventory Coordinator to own inventory accuracy across warehouses, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs. This role reports into Supply Chain and ensures the “physical truth” of inventory through counts, reconciliation, and process control.

The ideal candidate has NetSuite ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and a bias for root-cause investigation. Travel to facilities is required, and the role offers a hybrid in-office/remote setup in Denver with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory control, warehouse ops, supply chain, or plant inventory.
• Co-manufacturing or 3PL inventory experience.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Own physical and operational accuracy across warehouses, co-manufacturers, and 3PL partners.
• Direct on-site physical counts and cycle counts at co-man sites.
• Reconcile variances and investigate discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain item master data and BOMs in NetSuite; support SKU onboarding.
• Lead inventory adjustments with audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor inventory KPIs; drive process improvement and SOPs.
