Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive inventory management experience, multi-location preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting proficiency.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce company-wide inventory control policies and processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across all Harbour facilities through cycle counts, audits and variance analysis.
• Manage inventory workflows using NetSuite ERP/WMS with real-time visibility.
• Partner with warehouse teams to standardize procedures and best practices.
• Provide leadership for remote inventory teams including hiring and training.
