Job summary

Centric Infrastructure Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain inventory accuracy and support the Inventory Planner. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, loading/unloading, cycle counts, and maintaining organized stock in NetSuite/RF-Smart.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years of warehouse experience, and proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. This on-site Texas role offers competitive pay, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
1+ years of warehouse experience.
Experience with NetSuite or related software is preferred.
Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for field crews and internal departments.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations in NetSuite.
Label and store materials in RF-Smart with clear organization and traceability.
Assist with warehouse transfers, returns, and RMA processing.
