Job summary

QUASENT INC in Houston, TX is seeking an Inventory Specialist to fulfill inventory orders, manage stock levels, and support interdepartmental workflows to improve operational processes.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, receiving inventory into NetSuite ERP, organizing inventory documentation, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service, and handling restock orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in inventory fulfillment preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory cycle counts in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Receive inventory and input data into the ERP system.
• Organize and manage all inventory-related documentation.
• Communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality and Executive Committee regarding inventory needs and updates.
• Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities.
• Manage inventory activity in NetSuite ERP System.
• Package/ship product to replenish internal and field inventory needs.
• Complete weekly restock orders.
• Fulfill, package, ship, and reconcile Loaners.
• Clean and/or disinfect returned fielded inventory as required.
