Qualifications

• At least 3 years in inventory control or ERP transactions.
• Experience creating and processing manufacturing work orders and related inventory transactions.
• Strong Excel skills for data reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain accurate inventory transactions in NetSuite, including adjustments, transfers, returns, reversals, corrections, rework, scrap, and extra material consumption.
• Process component consumption/issuance and assembly builds, ensuring alignment with BOMs and build quantities.
• Review BOM revisions and engineering changes and update inventory transactions accordingly.
• Research NetSuite history to investigate discrepancies and reconcile BOM consumption with ERP transactions.
• Generate recurring NetSuite inventory reports and use Excel for reconciliation of data.
