Job summary

Exo Group, LLC. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy across multiple locations, perform counts, and reconcile variances.

The role collaborates with Warehouse Operations, Procurement, and Accounting to ensure proper recording and reporting of materials—hardware, tools, and consumables. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in inventory control, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with NetSuite and Excel.

Qualifications

• Five plus years in inventory control or supply chain roles.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to perform physical counts and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses, facilities, yards, and locations.
• Lead routine cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile results.
• Verify inventory transactions and ensure proper documentation in systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Procurement to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop procedures to improve count accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
