Qualifications

• Execute and maintain accurate inventory transactions in NetSuite.
• Create, maintain, process, and close manufacturing work orders based on approved production requirements.
• Process component consumption/issuance and assembly builds per BOMs and records.

Responsibilities

• Review BOM revisions and update inventory transactions accordingly.
• Research transaction history to investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile expected BOM consumption with ERP transactions.
• Support month-end inventory activities and requests from Finance.
• Generate NetSuite reports and use Excel to reconcile data.
• Monitor open work orders and ensure timely completion.
