Figure is seeking an Accounting Manager focused on Inventory to own the cost accounting, oversee inventory across materials and finished goods, and drive end-to-end system implementations. The role requires navigating NetSuite along with MES, PLM, and WMS data to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate cost records.

The candidate will manage variances analysis (PPV, usage) and support COGS reporting, with leadership experience in a fast-growing hardware/manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 8+ years in accounting, including 5+ years in cost and inventory accounting at a hardware or manufacturing company.
• CPA preferred or equivalent experience with US GAAP
• Hands-on NetSuite experience, including inventory and manufacturing modules
• Strong analytical and communication skills; leadership in a high-growth environment

Responsabilidades

• Own inventory and cost accounting end-to-end
• Track and reconcile inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Reconcile data between NetSuite and MES/PLM/WMS; resolve discrepancies
• Maintain cost model including overhead allocation and labor/machine rates
• Analyze PPV, material usage variances, and production inefficiencies for margin/COGS reporting
• Lead automation of end-to-end transaction workflows and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support audits and external reporting; assist with quarterly/annual compliance
