Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate receiving, stock integrity, and compliance across store operations. You will manage daily receiving, adjustments, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to optimize inventory accuracy.

You must be adaptable, customer-focused, and able to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment; attention to detail and teamwork are essential to maintain safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and key propane use as required.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
