Job summary

Sephora is hiring an Inventory Control Associate 3 at our Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch to ensure accuracy of inventory for receiving, picking, replenishment and shipping operations.

The role requires familiarity with warehouse processes, including cycle counts, audits, and use of WMS and RF terminals. You will support daily operations while following safety policies and maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS software or previous experience using menu driven applications.
• Ability to learn warehouse layout and processes.
• Proficient in operating RF terminals to track products in the warehouse.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving and independent work.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and researching missing products.
• Assist in audits of packed orders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Prepare promotional packages and gift bags as needed.
• Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders and maintain area SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervision.
