Job summary

Sephora is recruiting for a DC Specialist at our Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. You will perform operational office and clerical duties, support wave planning, scheduling, and reporting, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

Prior DC/warehouse experience and proficiency with MS Office are valued. You will train staff, maintain attendance, handle shifts and overtime as needed, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse is preferred.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills required.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure accuracy and production output.
