Job summary

Sephora is seeking a DC Specialist at our Mississippi Distribution Center to handle a mix of office and clerical duties, including waveplanning, scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting. The role requires familiarity with warehouse operations and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

You will train floor staff, follow SOPs, and ensure safe, efficient processes in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications and ability to learn systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with associates and vendors at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to ensure data integrity and accurate production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Proactively respond to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and managers.
• Adhere to safety rules and Loss Prevention policies; maintain safe working practices.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and vendors; support teamwork and collaboration.
• Prepare professional correspondence and reports as required.
