Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Shift Coordinator at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. You will work with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security, assigning tasks and monitoring progress across shifts.

You will operate and maintain WMS systems, balance inventory, and facilitate communication between shifts while training teammates and upholding Sephora standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• MS Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Know how differing operating activities impact overall functioning of the distribution center.
• Use in-house computer systems to track and monitor work activities.
• Prioritize and assign work tasks to other associates to achieve work goals.
• Communicate daily work goals to team, coordinate against defined action plan.
• Monitor associates’ work performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train associates in their duties as described in procedures.
• Follow safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe practices.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain attendance.
