Job summary

Sephora US is seeking a DC Specialist at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. The role covers waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and reporting, with emphasis on safety and procedure compliance.

You will work with a team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse operations, following SOPs, while delivering quality customer service and supporting leadership on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental procedures.
• Respond to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
• Comply with safety rules and report safety violations.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible shifts as required.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
