Job summary

Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking an Inventory Control Associate 2 for full-time work at the Olive Branch, MS facility. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy across receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping using standard processes.

Expect counts, audits, and RF-assisted tracking in a fast-paced DC environment. Essential duties include overflow/cycle counts, responding to product location inquiries, and performing slotting and Cubiscan activities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS software or previous experience using menu driven applications.
• Familiarity of warehouse layout or the ability to learn layout.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully track product in the warehouse.
• Basic math skills and demonstrate an ability to match numbers.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities encompassing the following: overflow/cycle counts, researching missing product for orders, handling damaged product per company/vendor agreements.
• Respond to questions from co-workers concerning product location and status.
• Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards are met per Company standards.
• Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Put together special promotional packages and gift bags.
• Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
• Perform area maintenance per established company standard operating procedures.
