Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch is seeking an Inventory Control Associate 3 to maintain product accuracy and support receiving, picking, replenishment and shipping. You will use WMS systems, operate RF terminals, and handle counts with attention to detail.

The role requires basic math, multi-tasking, and independent problem-solving in a fast-paced warehouse. Starting pay ranges from $19.10 to $20.45 per hour, with potential shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and walk during shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and researching missing product.
• Respond to questions from coworkers about product location and status.
• Audit packed orders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Prepare special promotional packages and gift bags.
• Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
• Maintain area compliance with SOPs and safety policies.
• Adhere to all safety rules and loss prevention policies.
