Job summary

Sephora is seeking a DC Specialist at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. The role focuses on waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting within a warehouse environment.

You will train floor associates, follow SOPs, and support leadership while maintaining safe, efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Starting pay ranges reflect market rates and may include shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar applications.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
