Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to ensure accuracy of work and output.
• Train floor associates in department methods and SOPs.
• Respond to direction from leadership including Shift Coordinators and management.
• Adhere to safety rules and report violations.
• Maintain attendance and flexible shift and overtime as needed.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
