Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control professional responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity of store inventory.

The role offers both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum base pay starting at $15.24 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate will have inventory control experience in a big-box retail environment, POS analysis skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail setting or equivalent experience.
• Point-of-sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify managers of tagging or SKUing discrepancies.
• Audit the BFR, RTV, SRR and other SOP-related processes as required.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods.
