Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accuracy and integrity of store inventory across a fast-paced retail environment.

You will perform daily cycle counts, audit shipping/receiving, and resolve discrepancies in the inventory system. The role requires at least one year of inventory control experience in a big-box setting, strong attention to detail, and proficient skills in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail setting.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendars.
• Audit shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Audit daily BFR, RTV, SRR, and other processes per SOPs.
• Notify management of tagging, SKUing or security issues.
• Provide assistance during physical inventories and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Communicate discrepancies to Store Management and propose solutions.
