Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of store inventory. The role requires at least one year of experience in a big-box retail setting, with demonstrated POS analysis and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail company or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research all inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit key inventory processes and SOPs monthly.
• Ensure proper tagging/SKUing and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP and ensure changes are implemented.
