Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure accuracy and integrity of the store's inventory. The role supports cycle counts, discrepancy resolutions, and reporting in a fast-paced retail warehouse setting.

Candidates should have at least one year in inventory control and strong Excel/Office skills. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for growth and benefits as described in the company policy.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail company or equivalent.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit various processes (BFR, RTV, SRR) per SOP.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork and report findings monthly.
