Job summary

Floor & Decor in Township of Washington, NJ, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure accuracy and integrity of store inventory. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a pay range of $16.02–$24.05 per hour.

The role requires at least one year of inventory control experience in a big-box retailer, strong POS analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates should be organized, customer-focused, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail company.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of and comply with safe lifting SOPs.
• Follow daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify managers of tagging or SKU discrepancies.
• Audit various inventory processes monthly per SOP.
• Audit incoming/outgoing trucks and Return of Sale processes.
• Audit SRR, RTV, and related SOPs for accuracy.
• Ensure security of the facility and resolve issues with CEM/Operations.
• Provide support during physical inventory periods.
