Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of store inventory.

This full-time/part-time role requires attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The position emphasizes daily cycle counts, discrepancy research, and reporting, with responsibilities including reviewing shipping/receiving docs, auditing processes, and preventing shrink.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail setting or equivalent.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit BFR, RTV, SRR and other inventory processes per SOP.
• Notify management of tagging/SKU discrepancies and resolutions.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods.
