Job summary

Floor & Decor Naples is seeking an Inventory Control position focused on accuracy and integrity of store inventory. Both Full-Time and Part-Time roles are available.

The role requires at least one year in inventory control within retail, with experience in POS analysis and strong organizational skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail company or equivalent.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and calendar Review shopping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Research inventory-related discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Audit BFR daily and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Audit shipping/receiving documents for accuracy and integrity.
• Notify management of SKU tagging discrepancies and fix issues.
• Audit SOP processes for RTVs, SRRs, and Voids per policy.
• Audit to ensure security of the facility and weekly storage checks.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods.
• Ensure correct labeling on boxes and communicate issues promptly.
• Run monthly OSDR reports to verify merchandise movements.
• Check at least 10 customer receipts daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate daily discrepancies to Store Management with proposed fixes.
• Maintain all cycle count paperwork per SOP and follow up on changes.
