Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to join a large, nationwide distribution network. You will audit inventory, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing or inventory reconciliation.
• Proficiency with inventory management or ERP systems such as Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Follow up on previous inventory adjustments.
• Complete and review cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables with base tables and allocations.
• Receive products from vendors and check quality.
• Communicate quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain inventory control manuals and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
