Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse and production operations.

The role collaborates with Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate transactions, reconciliation, and reporting, while complying with company procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring ERP/WMS transactions, conducting cycle counts, and investigating variances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Battery manufacturing, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy within ERP/WMS systems.
• Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns, and shipments.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Review and validate inventory data integrity in ERP/WMS systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies and ensure material availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and analyze KPIs.
