HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk to help maintain accurate inventory and support warehouse and production operations. You will resolve discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and ensure precise ERP transactions.

Join a team that uses ERP/WMS or RF scanners, requiring strong math and organizational skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inventory or related experience.
• Experience with cycle counts.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency.
• Strong math, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with month-end physical inventory.
• Make inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
• Process inventory transactions including receiving, shipping, returns, and bin transfers.
• Perform inventory lookups using ERP and RF systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Identify inventory errors and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with Warehouse and Production teams.
