Job summary

Prime Controls is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accuracy between system records and physical stock. You will conduct cycle counts, audits, and daily transactions to ensure proper locations, lot and serial verification, and timely adjustments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with receiving, shipping, and kitting teams in a warehouse environment. This is a full-time onsite position in Lewisville, TX.

Qualifications

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying on-hand quantities against system records.
• Perform cycle counts and document discrepancies before adjustments.
• Confirm material locations and that quantities, lot numbers, and serial numbers match system records.
• Process inventory adjustments, receipts, transfers, and returns the same day they occur.
• Assist receiving, put-away, kitting, and shipping during high-volume periods.
• Maintain audit documentation, count sheets, and records for traceability.
• Follow all inventory control procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Proven experience in warehouse/inventory control in an industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read/compare part numbers, lot/serial numbers.
• Experience with inventory systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are in correct rack locations and match system quantities, lot numbers, and serial numbers.
• Process inventory adjustments, receipts, transfers, and returns the same day they occur.
• Assist receiving, put-away, kitting, and shipping during peak periods to maintain flow.
• Keep count sheets and audit records complete, legible, and traceable.
