White Cap is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to process cycle counts, track stock, and ensure accurate data in our information system. You will manage lot control for chemicals and powders, perform MRB transactions, and support site management with timely reporting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; related training may be required.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control or related area.
• Experience with ERP, scanning devices, and Excel preferred.

Responsabilités

• Generate cycle counts and complete all counts.
• Manage inventory transactions, adjustments, and consolidations.
• Audit rental shipments and returns; maintain MRB transactions.
• Perform lot control on chemicals and powders; ensure proper disposal and scrap procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and generate reports for site management.
• Oversee supply ordering and RMA verification/receiving.
• Ensure safety controls and compliance in daily tasks.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
