Job summary

Weber Distribution LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records at the Santa Fe Springs location. The role includes managing product receipt, bin locations, cycle counts, and monitoring the order selection process.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:00AM - 6:30PM; hours may change based on business needs. Requires knowledge of MS Office, ERP and TMS systems, and prior warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to input and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ERP, TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from contracts, POs, invoices, requisitions and enter information into computer systems.
• Coordinate physical inventories with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Initiate daily bin verifications and develop cycle count program; make system updates as needed.
