CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations. You will monitor stock levels, reconcile variances, and ensure proper storage, labeling, and accountability for goods.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, data entry in the WMS, receiving assistance, and facilitating timely inventory adjustments. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of independent work in a dynamic warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple inventory items and priorities.
• Skilled in identifying discrepancies and solving problems.
• Effective verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination.
• Proficiency in basic computer apps (Excel/Word) and adapting to warehouse systems.
• Understanding of FIFO, cycle counting and stock rotation.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.
• Demonstrates accountability and independence in duties.
• Basic math and reading skills for tasks.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
• Ability to interpret instructions and perform root cause analysis.
• Prior forklift experience and ability to pass assessment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile variances.
• Input and maintain inventory data in the Warehouse Management System.
• Prepare documentation for inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Assist with receiving shipments; support order fulfilment and shipping as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, with proper labeling.
• Identify inventory issues and propose process improvements.
• Perform product and location audits to resolve inconsistencies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring inventory issues.
• Support initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Trace and resolve discrepancies using system tools.
• Manage damaged goods processes with proper handling and disposition.
• Identify items under quality hold and document disposition.
• Execute inventory transfers to support production and fulfillment.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Safely operate forklifts and related equipment.
