Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP and MS Office.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports to maintain inventory and related records.
• Coordinate and direct activities of location physical inventories with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Initiate daily bin verifications and develop cycle count program; make system inventory adjustments.
• Update inventory control system for stock relocations and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of OS&D area and monitor excess stock; coordinate disposal/salvage of excess items.
• Follow inventory control procedures and train other departments as needed.
