Weber Logistics in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records, manage product receipt, assign bin locations, and oversee cycle counts.

The role involves updating ERP-based systems, coordinating with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Accounting, and training staff during inventories. Monday–Friday daytime alignment may vary with business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP and MS Office.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution environment.

Responsabilités

• Compile data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports to maintain inventory and related records.
• Coordinate and direct activities of location physical inventories with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Initiate daily bin verifications and develop cycle count program; make system inventory adjustments.
• Update inventory control system for stock relocations and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of OS&D area and monitor excess stock; coordinate disposal/salvage of excess items.
• Follow inventory control procedures and train other departments as needed.
