Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely lift, turn, position and transfer product.
• Familiar with TIHI counting for accurate counts.
• Must have strong communication skills - oral and written.
• Background check required.
• Forklift certification training required.
• Must comply with OSHA standards.
• Work in ambient temperature warehouse (hot & cold).
• 1-2 years forklift experience preferred.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts throughout the warehouse according to the cycle count schedule.
• Report cycle count results to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Perform discrepancy investigations and identify non-conformances.
• Collaborate with management to establish best practices.
• Participate in process improvement teams and meetings.
• Represent Inventory Control in traceability exercises.
• Quarantine customer product as directed.
• Maintain proficiency in WMS and related documentation.
• Resolve customer inventory disputes via investigation.
• Other duties as assigned.
