Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control team member to maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory accuracy within our warehouse operations in the Los Angeles County area. The role emphasizes ERP-driven inbound and outbound processes and strict cycle counting.

You will handle purchase orders, material movements, and reconcile ERP records with physical counts, ensuring proper FIFO storage and interdepartmental coordination to support production and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP system to manage inbound and outbound inventory operations.
• Create purchase orders for pallets and materials.
• Process recycle and destruction loads.
• Ensure finished goods, raw materials, and components are stored per guidelines.
• Perform daily inventory audits and maintain cycle count program.
• Verify inventory transactions and movements in Oracle.
• Reconcile physical counts with ERP records and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory reports by sub-organization and intercompany transfers.
