Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role focuses on receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to maintain efficient processes.

Ideal candidates will have shipping/receiving experience, retail or farming knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
