Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines across store operations. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

They support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and forklift operations, ensuring accurate stock and safe processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory processing.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process receipts, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and compliance tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and related equipment safely.
• Provide legendary customer service and team support.
