Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance processes within our store operations. The role supports the Store Operations Manager and collaborates with team members to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient store flow.

The position requires flexibility in shifts and a focus on Legendary Customer Service, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills/experience required.
• Basic math skills necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assist with BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines and inventory control processes.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed; assist customers.
