Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to uphold receiving accuracy, adjust inventory, and support store operations in Mission, TX. You will manage direct POs, transfers, and compliance while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to safeguard inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and vendor freight processing.
• Operate forklift and safety/compliance tasks.
