Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Michigan to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. You will handle receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail or farming/pet knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license.
• Regardless of education level, read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Deliver service and lead with Legendary behaviors in customer engagement.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Complete daily inventory adjustments and discrepancies per process.
• Receive and stage shipments and transfers; support freight operations.
• Create fill-to-capacity picklists for Freight Team.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
• Operate forklift, baler, and POS equipment; assist customers.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
