Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Owosso, MI is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role includes receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting, in partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

You must be flexible, service oriented, and able to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, and reporting.
