Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role involves receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with varied shifts, forklift operation, and ensuring Legendary Customer Service through the GURA framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred, but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Support customer service through the GURA framework and store branding.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Handle OMNI orders, BOPIS reconciliation, and freight transfers.
• Receive and stock direct PO and freight shipments, ensuring accurate labeling.
• Review inventories and correct discrepancies per policy and direction.
• Assist with layaway, specialorders, and transfers as assigned.
• Ensure safety policies and company procedures are followed.
