Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• GURU-based customer service: Greet, uncover needs, propose solutions, and add value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors.
• Develop team members using coaching routines and uphold standards.
