Job summary

Stord is seeking an Inventory Control/QA Associate in the United States to support accuracy across inventory and bin locations. You will perform counts, run QA procedures, and log data in the OMS and WMS while handling materials and equipment in a fast-paced distribution center.

Key tasks include investigating discrepancies, maintaining counts, and executing standard procedures with strong attention to detail. Flexibility for overtime and safe operation of forklifts is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with order management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Strong data entry, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Investigates inventory discrepancies and bin location variances.
• Maintains accurate counts and ensures QA processes are followed.
• Inputs data into the order management system and WMS.
• Operates warehouse equipment and stages materials as needed.
• Supports overtime as required and maintains safe, efficient operations.
