Stord Fulfillment, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control/QA associate to support accurate warehouse operations. You will investigate discrepancies, input data into the Order Management System, and maintain inventory and bin accuracy to support fast, reliable fulfillment.
The role requires at least two years’ experience with OMS or inventory systems in a high-volume facility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Inventory Control/QA associate with strong communication and organization skills who likes to deal with people on a daily basis. Must be flexible with the ability to work overtime as needed. Supports the execution of all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy. Performs warehouse bin accuracy and maintains inventory shrink. Utilizes Order Management System and various types of material handling equipment.
Investigates inventory discrepancies. Investigates bin location variances. Research problem orders and receipts. Inputs data into Order management system. Performs system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy. Performs to quality standards in multiple functions. Performs additional duties as assigned. Strong work ethic and attention to the small details will ensure our operations continue to run smoothly Maintain accurate inventory counts Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed Perform product counts Stage materials within designated areas Operate all necessary warehouse equipment and tools Utilize a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents Move materials weighing 50 lbs or more at times
