Job summary

Stord is seeking an Inventory Control/QA Associate to support inventory accuracy and quality assurance in a fast-paced distribution center. You will handle inventory tracking, data entry, and adherence to process standards, working with the OMS and various warehouse tools.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate across teams, and the stamina to move materials and operate equipment in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with Order management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, driving tasks to completion.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to build solid working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Investigates inventory discrepancies and bin location variances.
• Researches problem orders and receipts and inputs data into OMS.
• Maintains inventory and bin accuracy in the system.
• Adheres to quality standards across warehouse functions.
• Performs product counts and stage materials in designated areas.
• Operates warehouse equipment and uses the WMS for documents.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports QA procedures.
