Job summary

Stord is seeking an ICQA - Operations Lead to manage the loading, unloading, picking, and packing of products, while leading warehouse staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will supervise warehouse tasks, generate reports, and address inventory discrepancies in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. Strong leadership and data-entry skills are essential for success at Stord.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with Order management system / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Able to transport up to 20 lbs. and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise tasks.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance.
• Advise associates on product care, equipment use, and stock handling.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through warehouse support.
• Uphold safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and bin location variances.
• Input data into Order management system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Move materials weighing 50 lbs or more as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment and use the WMS for documentation.
