Job summary

Stord Fulfillment, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control/QA associate to support accurate warehouse operations. You will investigate discrepancies, input data into the Order Management System, and maintain inventory and bin accuracy to support fast, reliable fulfillment.

The role requires at least two years’ experience with OMS or inventory systems in a high-volume facility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience with OMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, tasks to completion.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Ability to transport up to 20 lbs and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Investigates inventory discrepancies and bin location variances.
• Researches problem orders and receipts in the Order Management System.
• Maintains inventory and bin accuracy; inputs data to ensure quality.
• Operates warehouse equipment and ensures accurate counts.
• Performs quality assurance and follows standard procedures.
• Moves materials weighing 50 lbs or more and works to deadline-driven targets.
