Job summary

You will collaborate with the Store Operations Manager to maintain receiving standards, perform stock adjustments, and participate in reconciliation and reporting tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming/ranching/pet-equine/welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead with Legendary behaviors in customer engagement and teamwork.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and use as required.
• Pull OMNI orders, support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and complete related reports.
