Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• Must read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Manage inventory adjustments and reconciliations per procedures.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive POs and freight transfers and set up loading plans.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely as required.
